Native to New Mexico, I'm passionate about the Southwest and guiding individuals through real estate journeys. As a leading relocation realtor, I excel in helping clients buy, sell, and invest with expertise and care.

With a bachelor's degree in digital film production from New Mexico State University, I spent six years as a television producer before discovering my true passion in real estate. Now, I channel my creative skills and industry knowledge to help clients achieve their property dreams

I'm deeply rooted in the Southwest and find joy in introducing others to its beauty. Outside of work, you'll find me tinkering with cars, racing, exploring desert trails, and indulging in RC cars. Recently rewarded with fatherhood, I cherish family time and immerse myself in reading. And of course, my dogs hold a special place in my heart

My Story

Levi Nolasco is a Southern New Mexico native and feels the area offers affordable homes and a laid-back lifestyle that is second to none. 

 

As a former television producer, Levi was fortunate to start his career with a top producing team in the US, The Bond Street Partners, David Parnes, and James Harris of Million Dollar Listings: Los Angeles. Levi prefers sharpening the axe before cutting the tree, so he spent 3 years as an assistant before getting his real estate license. During his first year with The Agency in Beverly Hills, Levi worked on various transactions, from a studio in Skid-Row to luxury property in Beverly Hills for up to $49 Million. 

 

As a Realtor, Levi has helped hundreds of people buy, sell, and invest in property in southern New Mexico. And has helped countless people make the move across the country to New Mexico to take advantage of an easier way of life. 

 

Levi is proud to sell seven to ten times more property than the average real estate agent, both in Las Cruces and in the United States. 

 

 

Levi's value comes from a customer-focused business, being a market expert, and relentlessly finding creative ways to get offers accepted. Truth be told, Levi absolutely loves what he does, and is passionate about his work. 

 

Levi's main focus is customer service. He figured out early in his career that if excellent service is provided, former clients will send him referrals. Levi runs his business solely off of referrals and making videos for out-of-state folks looking to relocate. He does not advertise and does not partner with lenders or others in the industry to provide him with clients. He feels that the only back that should be scratched are his clients. 

 

Levi won the Keller Williams Bronze Award in his first year of becoming a Realtor. 

Levi has sold every house, land, and multifamily unit that he has listed, and gets over 95% of his buyers' offers accepted.
